(Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Noble Old Hampden with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Noble Old Hampden with a PTSR, Noble Old Hampden is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Noble Old Hampden to access or use the PTSR.)

Pet Policy

We charge $35 per household and a $350 refundable pet deposit. Certain aggressive breeds, are restricted at all Bryten communities. We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier).
